Freight on Purchases Dashboard

We have an expense account called freight on purchases where we assign all of the inbound freight costs.  I want our purchaser to be able to see a calculation on their dashboard that is [total spent on freight per time period]/[total sales per time period].  Is this possible with a saved search?
