Publishing dashboards not working

We are in the implementation process with Netsuite and are currently battling to setup around 100 partners with access to the Advanced Partner Centre.

The problem is that the publish dashboard feature is not working which means that we are being forced to setup identical dashboards for 100 different partner logins. This also means that we cannot then lock the dashboards.

Is anyone else having the same problems with publishing of dashboards?

Can anyone from Netsuite tell me if there is there a fix on the horizon?
