Stumped: How to setup KPI with running total?
I'm not a reporting/analytics guys, I'm really not. I'm trying to create a KPI similar to the "Open Cases" KPI which is basically a running total of open cases as of a certain date.
I'll give an example:
Let's say I have a custom record called "Claim" and it has a Status field which can be "Open", "Closed" or "Denied" (I'm making this up). I want to create a KPI that compares the count of "Claims" that are "Open" this week versus last week. Pretty much just like the Open Cases KPI. I've setup the System Notes criteria and Filter and the result is that my KPI is comparing "Claims" that BECAME "Open" this week and last week which is not what I need. If I had 10 open last week and 5 more opened up today then
