Expenses Available

I would like to make the expenses used by a custoemr available as a KPI for an A/R role/  I have made Expenses and Expense Reports available for this role but I still can not customize their dashboard to include this information.  Any ideas or do I have to give them a ton of more access so that they can view this information?

Any thought - info would be greatly appreciated.
