KPI Scorecard Using A Custom KPI with Mutliple Date Range Filters
Hello all,
I'm hoping for some help figuring out how to do something or what I'm doing incorrectly with a KPI Scorecard.
Basically, I am creating a marketing funnel for a demand pipeline. As part of that work I need to apply multiple date filters to activities a lead might take as part of an engagement lifecycle (e.g. 'initial inquiry' happen on X date and 'sales qualification' happened on Y date).
I am finding that, when using a custom KPI (from a saved search), only the first of two date range filters is 'activated'.
Consequently, my numbers are artificially inflated.
