Transaction Portlet on Customer Dashboard throws Unexpected Error
I have two users out of 10 that are experiencing and "Unexpected Error" in the Transactions Portlet when viewing a Customer Dashboard. This problem does not seem related to roles and permissions as the remaining 8 users all have the same role and permissions.
This first popped up in 2009 with just one user. I contacted support at that time and they labeled it a defect with priority S2. We figured out a workaround for that one user and there we have been until last week when the same problem popped up with another user. When I contacted support this time they basically told me that this was still an open case and they are still working on it (they have been working on it since September of 2009!).
