Publish Dashboard Access

A team member in the Sales - Administrator role set up a dashboard to be published.  The role we created to publish the dashboard from her screen shows how we are expecting the display of this dashboard.

When I, Administrator, go into the same role to see how it is to be displayed, the dashboard doesn't show on my screen, the customization she made.  I see the default portals on that role, instead of the customization she has done.

Shouldn't anyone with access to the customized publish dashboard role have access to see the changes that the Sales - Administrator completed?
