Glitch in shortcut naming?

When I create a shortcut, as you know, it asks for a name, or label.  Whenever I -- or someone else in the company -- uses “class” in the name, it changes it to “contract or student” when saved.  Does this happen to anyone else?  Any idea why?  I filed a case and they didn't have an answer.
