User Role Can't See Given Permissions

I have several users that need to see different things on their menus and dashboards. I have given them permissions but how do I get it so it shows up on their menus and dashboards?

For example I have a Sales Admin that needs to see the Support Cases I have given permissions but it doesn't show up anywhere on the menu.

Please help!
