Administrator publish dashboard to another Administrator

I would like to publish  dashboards (Home and Budgeting) from one Administrator Role (in Classic Center) to another administrator Role (in Class center). I follow the directions but the only Role choice I have is Full.  I chose that one and hit the button to override the other administrators dashboard.  I log in as the second administrator and the other administrator's dashboards are not on my home or budgeting tabs.   I also tried to create a "Publish Dashboards role" and I want to copy a standard role (as directed in the webinar) versus creating a new role within classic center
