Set custom dashboard view for all executive

Hi,

I have created various saved searches and set my dashboard to see them all using custom search portlets and the KPI portlet.  Is there anyway to have this view captured so that I can set it for various members of our executive team.  Or, do I have to set up each of their dashboards individually by either teaching them how to do it or going into their accounts and setting it up myself?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
