Give File Cabinet Access to Customer Center

In the NS File Cabinet, I created a folder to store PDF reports for different customers.  Is there a way to grant access to the folder to the customer center.  I'm writing a script to display the customer report based on their credentials/cust id but, I'm having trouble accessing the folder in the customer center.  Has anyone has any success granting file cabinet access in the customer center.
