Custom Support Center Role Can't Add Standard KPIs

We are having issues with users assigned to a custom support center role not being able to save standard KPIs when setting up the KPIs on the dashboard.  User can see them and add them but it appears the SAVE button causes an error on the page even though I can't see anything.  User clicks SAVE but nothing happens.
