Setting margin target as quota for Sales Rep

Are there any companies here using Netsuite in a reseller capacity? We are an IT reseller and our sales guys are targeted based on how much profit they bring in each month. At present the Quota is set for the revenue brought in as opposed to the profit margin. Any ideas on how I can change the quota to Profit margin?
