Custom KPI Trend Graph
Many standard KPI's (like bank balance, receivables, profit etc.) allow you to show historical trends in the KPI portlet (via the little chart icon appears when you hover over the line). This is never available with my custom KPI's. Is this possible?
We sell items that often have long lead times so one KPI we track is backorder. This is just a sum of all items that are still open on sales orders. It's a simple search and KPI to setup and get the present value but how can I get historical data/trends on this? Does the search behind this need to be setup in a particular way?
