NetSuite Alerts - Daily Facts ----- No reminders

Up until recently, I would receive a daily email listing reminders.

Example:

Reminders
• 5 SuiteBundles to Update
• 4 POs to Submit for Approval
• 38 Open Purchase Orders

I continue to receive the emails; however, there are no reminders listed.
If I go to 'Set Preferences' and request a test email message, I receive an email WITH reminders.

The test works. The daily emails do not.

Any suggestions?
