Compare Yesterday to Same Day Prior Year

I have created a KPI Scorecard that compares the following sales time frames: Current MTD to Last Year MTD, Current YTD to Last Year YTD. I want to be able to compare Yesterday to the same day last year. For example, 9/14/2017 to 9/14/2016. I can compare Today to Same Day last year, but that is not what I want.  Does anyone know of a way to do this?
