Standard Customer KPI - Balance

I need to add the standard KPI for 'Balance' to our customer dashboard that links to the A/R Aging report, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to access it. It does not appear as an available standard kpi on the customer dashboard no matter which role I'm logged in to - Admin, Full Access, A/R Clerk, etc. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
