Order Configuration
Is there a feature buried somewhere in NetSuite that will allow order configuration on the fly? For example, when I select a printer on a sales order, I want NetSuite to give me a list of country specific plugs for the printer. I will select the corrrect plug from the list and it will be added to the sales order.
Item options work well on the sales order, but they don't seem to trigger fulfillment of the options (I don't see how the power cord will show up on the pick list or be decremented from inventory upon fulfillment). Items' related products tab only seems to apply to web-based orders. The best I've come up with so far is to set up an item kit for each country, but that's pretty poor as then I have a zillion items and it becomes hard to find the right needle in the haystack.
