Attaching Files to Lead, Prospect or Customer Records
In my opinion and unless NS support is wrong, allowing users to attach files to Lead, Prospect or Customer records is unusable in its current form if you have the need to keep some of your information private. For example, I don't want sales representatives seeing other reps attachments (Sent and Received).
To allow someone to attach files, you must give them Documents and Files permissions. Once you've done this, they can see the folders Attachments Received and Attachments to Send for all (including your corporate office correspondence). Depending on permissions given, you'll also have problems where they could go in and edit or delete a Template that is not theirs.
