Cases Seem Broken.

All,

Anyone else seeing problems with cases. It seems that the recipients have not been receiving our cases we have created and hense responses for a few days.  I had this problem last week - but seemed to got cured for a few days.  Now broken again. 

Anyone else ?.  Cases are critical to our business.
