Case Notification E-mails, Can't reply and update the case using Blackberry

If anyone can help with this it would be greatly appricaited. We have case forms send out a notification via e-mail to support reps to answers cases and get back to customers.

The problem is many of them are on the road and away from a computer. We therefore set the blackberry system so we get e-mails on the move. The problem is that when you reply to the e-mail it sends it back to the general e-mail address and does not update the case.

Does anyone have any advice and ideas about what I can do so mobile users can reply to cases and also keep the netsuite case system upto date?
