Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

TAPI Problems
Hi,
Has anyone else experienced the following problem with TAPI:
1. We can make calls from the TAPI device, it is configured correctly and is in use across the business for 40+ extensions.
2. We can get it work on a single machine but not the rest.
3. Clicking a phone number link initiates a call from Netsuite so the device is recognised within Netsuite once the Exceletel software is installed. We'd know if the device wasn't recognised because Netsuite would tell us via a popup.
4. The specific error is from within IE interfacing with the Exceletel application. What happens is after initiating a TAPI call when you navigate to Home in the Netsuite IE reports a problem with the ActiveX control etTT37.ocx. If you close the error information window IE closes and tries to report a bug.
