Images in solutions?

We would like to include images in some of our "solutions".  It seems the only way to do this is to add the image to the file cabinet, copy the "http://shopping.netsuite.com..." url, then manually add the html markup to the solution.  Is that the only way to do it?  Would be nice to have a button in the html "editor" to be able to quickly add an image to the solution.
