Memorized Transactions

I have created several "Memorized Transactions" for recurring sales orders although I continue to enctounter two problems.  Help with either issue would be most appreciated:

Issue #1
The ship date never changes from the original ship date.  So, if I created the Memorized Transaction on August 21 and scheduled it to recur every Monday thereafter, each ship date will remain "August 21" even though we're in October.  The only fix so far seems to have my Fulfillment Team manually update the ship date.  Any thoughts?

Issue #2
The "Overide Post Date" option doesn't seem to work.  The order only appears in our Sales Orders queue on the date of the order.  Even if I change the post date to the day before. (This would be helpful so I can manually update the ship date so my Fulfillment Team doesn't have to, as per Issue #1 above.)
