Open Invoice Error

I have NetSuite set up to alert me of invoices that are overdue 1 week after they are due. This week it is posting about 8 invoices from credit card customers. When I go into the invoices they are paid in full and deposited into our account. Did I miss a step with these invoices? Is this an error that should hopefully correct itself?
