Saved Search with last email & last call
I'm trying to create a saved search that will tell me how many days it has been since this customer has been emailed or called.
Most of our business is repeat, and we quickly know the ordering patterns.. so we like to send a "reminder" email when a person is about to run out.
I have a search that results in people who whose projected reorder date is approaching.. and it tells me how many days it has been since we've sent them a reminder email.. but not everyone has an email.. so I'd also like to see how many days it has been since they have been called as well.
