Partner Commissions - new customers
How to configure a Partner Commissions Schedule based on new customers?
In NS help it says:
For example, Wolfe Electronics assigns partners to a commission plan with three schedules:
- a schedule that awards $50 for each sale involving a first-time customer
- a schedule that pays 12% of total sales per period
- a schedule that pays a set commission of $75 for each computer system sold
Question: could anyone advise how to configure the first schedule i.e. the one that identifies a new customer? I have set up other schedules OK - but I cannot identify new customers. I simply want to pay $100 for every new customer a partner brings to us (but not on subsequent sales to that customer).
