event behaviour on estimate
Hello,
We are seeing that sometimes when our sales reps enter a message on an event for an estimate, the message is not saved. After you click save, then click 'Show Activity' on the estimate, the event is there, but there is no message. Same thing if you actually go look at the event itself: no message. They're obviously a bit upset that their input has been lost. I have watched this happen on a couple of different machines (XP Pro, IE6), and am confident that they aren't doing anything wrong.
