Where to publish knowledge base?

I would like to publish our support knowledge base to somewhere other than to a tab on our web store.  Is this possible?

Let me give some background on how the customer accessible our site is set up:

our main site is externally hosted.
our e-store is hosted by netsuite, and when it was set up that was all that it was ever anticipated to be used for.
our customer support incident reporting interface is a customized hosted netsuite template page.

What I would like is to be able to publish our customer support knowledge bases to a customized page/template the way our incident reporting page is done, but I don't see support for that.
