Approval of Quotes

Hi,
I could not see a way to force approval of quotes before they can be sent (printed, emailed, faxed, etc).

We want to be able to allow sales reps to generate quotes up to a specific discount and if trying to assign a higher discount than allowed, would force the quote to need to be approved.

Is there already a way in NetSuite to do this? If not, has anyone developed a work-around solution?
