subcustomers and dashboard/transactions
Hello,
Looking at a (parent) customer dashboard, I notice that it doesn't include any of the subcustomer opportunities/estimates in the forecast/pipeline KPIs. Is that by design? Shouldn't all the subcustomer stuff roll up? If you look at the Sales -> Opportunities/Transactions tabs on the customer record, the subcustomer opps/estimates show up there.
Also, is it possible to specify the parent as the bill to for sales orders/invoices? Or consolidate several subcustomer orders into one parent customer order for billing? Sorry if this is kind of a duplicate of an earlier post, I'm trying to refine my thoughts...
