Groups from saved serach based on receiving campaign
I am trying to create a group that shows me customers who have not received a campaign email. I can create groups that show me customers who have not received email messages but the only fields I seem to be able to find our for cmapaign responces (but I assume these are the same).
My plan is to create a group as follows:
Campaign Response : Campaign ID does not contain freekitfollowup
Campaign Response : Title does not contain freekitfollowup
Campaign Response : Campaign Event does not contain The UK's Leading DNA Testing Company
However it does not seem to exclude customers who have received the email campaign above,
