Rebates - How do you guys deal with them here

Hello,

One of the hardest things to track is our rebates, we normally ask our clients to email them to us, and then we manually track them outside of NETSUITe.

How do you all track your rebates? It would be nice to have it built in to NETSUITE, then the customer fill out an online form and send it back. Ideas welcome.
