Customer Permissions - Lead/Prospect
I am sure there is a post regarding this topic but I was unable to find it. I am struggling to understand the logic of customer permissions.
1) Why is there only one setting for all types of customers? I have placed an enhancement request #76983 but it seems we are the only business with this issue. Currently, it is not possible to seperate permissions based on the type of customer (lead, prospect, or customer).
2) With the current situation as it is, how are other businesses handling the situation?
Currently, this has created a hole in our business process because:
1) We use a seperate software program to fulfill our sales orders.
