Saved Search duplicating lines

I'm doing a saved search of Customers.. and every customer is duplicated at least 3 times.. most of the time worse!

I'm trying to look at each customer and the last time they ordered.  Just this part gives me duplicates.

And I'm also trying to have it show me the last time the person was emailed.. but it shows every time they were emailed.. and then I get even more duplicates!

I'm using NS Small business.. if anyone can help, please!
