Custom tabs for individuals
Folks,
Since the new individual option was introduced, we've found a challenge and need a workaround.
Seems that if you create a new lead and set them as an individual as opposed to a company, you do not have access to the traditional tabs and fields that you've associated to contact records.
This is very painful for us, as I have a custom tab that sets various e-mail blast options. This is set per contact and not per company.
I see nothing in Netsuite that would allow me to customize information for individuals. The only workaround I've found so far is to change the individual back to a company record, and then create a contact record as well.
