Team Selling / Group Tasks
Hello
We work in a very team oriented environment where we would like to assign different tasks to a group or team. Currently, from what I have been able to find in the help file, the ability to assign tasks to more than one individual is not possible. What suggestions does anyone have in making task and job tracking and managment more of a team oriented environment. Is it possible to enable team selling and assign tasks and etc to the team? What about setting tasking similar to the case managment system where you assign the task out to a group
