Notification of Customers' responses to messages

Hello all, got a question here that i hope you can give me some ideas on.  On the sales orders we send messages to customers all the time, therefore i'm wondering if there is a way to create a search/report/snapshots that notify me that a customer has responded to the message from a certain order. 

For example, let say for order 1111 i have sent a message via the message tab to request for confirmation of shipping cost and then the customer responded by saying yes.  Is there any way i can create a search/report/snapshots that tells me that the customer has sent a message and confirmed with the shipping cost?
