Leads/Customers issues

Hi.

Is there any reason a Lead can be viewed by the Sales Rep. it is assigned to but not to others? 

I tried unassigning it, and it worked, also tried assigning it to a Sales Group and it also was there. But what I need is that everybody can see it although it has a Sales Rep. assigned.

Is this possible?
