Publish knowledge base internally?

Hello,

I can't for the life of me figure out how to publish a knowledge base to internal users (internal to the netsuite app).  The best I can piece together from the documentation and user group posts is that I create a custom center tab (done), but I can't figure out how to add the KB to it.

Can someone please tell me what hopefully obvious thing I am missing?  Or am I not understanding this correctly?
