Cannot add item to sales order
Several of our users have noticed that a certain item in our database can no longer be entered on sales orders. We can select it in the list and enter a quantity, but when we attempt to move to the next line (click the "Done" button), NetSuite does not accept the entry but does not give any kind of error. At that point it is not possible to save the sales order either.
The item type is a serialized inventory item.
Has anyone else seen behavior like this recently?
