Inbound Emails creating Cases

This works geat except when we get emails from a number of customers where their Disclaimer is attached to the email (possibly sending from Blackberrys).  It creates the Case OK but we get the disclaimer text in the body of the Case and don't see their actual email describing their problem - not very useful.

Anybody else get this problem?  Is there a way around it?
