Spam Emails

Hi,

We use CRM Module of NetSuite for tracking the cases from our existing customer. We notice that we are getting spam emails from one of our lead (this looks like the first lead we created in NetSuite - which even doesnot have a email id or customer center or other access).

Do anyone know the reason and the solution to stop these.
