Customize Customer Snapshot on Dashboard

Is it possible to customize the little snapshot that displays customer information when you access the customer dashboard?  It would be awesome if we can add some of the customers info such as fax, website, notes, etc.  Also, i'm not exactly sure how it determines which address to show but it would be great if we could choose between billing default or shipping default.
