Auto Closure of Cases Created?
Having reviewed many of the onlne case creation system, they have the features that automatically closes cases if the customer has not responded within 72hours/24hours or 48hours.
I am having problems finding this simple functionality in netsuite. Please can someone let me know where we can specific for cases to be closed after a sales rep has responded and the customers has not been back in touch?
We are ending up with a large number of cases that we have to manually close,
