Customer Access Notification Email Problem
I guess this would be a marketing question so I am posting it here.
We are about to go live with our site and we have tested the "give access" and "send notification email" options in the access tab of a customer or vendor. We set up a dummy account and then later granted access to the customer center of our site.
When we turned on these options and saved this is the exact email notification that was sent:
