Customer Order Status E-mail
We would like to an automated process in NetSuite that will look for all customers with unfulfilled sales orders or unreceived RMAs and e-mail that customer a list of the orders and the current status of each, and also indicate the name and phone number of the sales rep to call if they have any questions.
Has anyone set up something like this? Any tips would be appreciated.
