Acceptance of T&Cs?

Has anyone managed to semi automate the acceptance of T&Cs by a customer when they receive a Quotation/Order?

We would like to email out a Quotation with a link to a page/document in Netsuite that lists our T&Cs with a button to Accept or Reject the terms.

Results of pressing one of the buttons would then update the Quotation in Netsuite as Accepted or Rejected

I guess this is too hard otherwise Netsuite themselves would do something like this?
