Time to Close report

I posted a similar thread in Reporting but the solution provided to me from the forum does not meet our demands.  I am making another attempt under the Sales/Marketing/Support & Service Product Area.

In our NetSuite account, we do not use Jobs or Sales Orders.

I need to create a report (NOT a Saved Search) that groups by Customer Cateogry (Industry) an average time to close.  The average time to close needs to be calculated by taking the System Notes : Date of when the record was Changed to Customer-Closed Won and subtracting the Date Created field on customer record.
